Todd Hardy is a versatile project manager with experience in multiple methodologies. He is a certified PMP and Agile/Scrum leader. Todd has managed simultaneous multi-million dollar projects to drive revenue generation, cost reduction, and general Digital Transformation across a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Retail, Information Technology, and Commercial Real Estate.
The combination of Todd’s Project Management, Facilitation, Lean Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints Experience, together with his constant KPI-focus and business acumen, positions him well to deliver effective, multi-faceted results to stakeholders.
Todd holds a BS from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from Texas A&M-Commerce. He resides in Plano, TX.
